Buying formula for your baby isn't hoarding. You know that your baby will be drinking it at some time. I have a great tp coupon and will be buying close to 30 4-packs of tp before the coupon expires. I guess I am hoarding it, but we will use it all and I don't want to pay a higher price for it. Maybe someone who "hoards" buys things that are not going to be used?
