| Not bad I guess for a last minute run
Well, this was my 2nd time shopping at CVS - figured I run and get some last minute April deals.
My store didn't have anything good! LOL I had a scenario all ready to go, but it didn't work. I still did ok I guess. I can't wait until the day I can get my OOP down to pennies like some of you!
I wanted to do 2 transactions, that would have gave me 11$ more in ECBs than I started with and only 4.87 OOP. No go on that since they were out of most everything I wanted to get, so had to wonder the store for almost an hour trying to figure out what to do, with my almost 2 year old DD pitching a fit most of the time.
Here's what I got:
Paid
15$ for 6 command hooks - (6) 1$ coupons = 5$ ECB
5.99 for 1 Bic Soleil Razor - (1) 2$ coupon = 3$ ECB
5.99 for 1 Bic Soleil Cartridges - (1) 2$ coupon = 3$ ECB
5.98 for 2 Hello Kitty Zooth Toothbrushes - (1) BOGO coupon(2.99) = 2$ ECB
2.98 for 2 EOB eyeshadow applicators - BOGO sale
1.99 for 1 EOB nail brush = 5$ ECB
3.99 for 1 CVS pain relief - Rang in free because they don't carry the Gelcaps
1.99 Lumene Body Firming Lotion = 2$ ECB
.79 for 1 M&M (daughter was pitching a fit)
1.49 for 1 Apple Juice single (again...to chill the screaming 2 year old out LOL)
So BC 46.19
AC and my 15.88 in ECBs = 9.22 (with tax 9.46)
Got back 20$ in ECBs
So I basically paid for the Command Hooks and got everything else free, and made 4$ more in ECBs than I started with. I didn't mind, because I really wanted the hooks for my kids rooms, but never wanted to pay full price for them anywhere!
