HTH | I don't know how you can say the $10 coupons are fraudulent, I still have ten dollar coupons in my email that I haven't even confirmed yet. I am waiting for a good sale, then I will confirm. I did this last summer also, then I had coupons for months later. Also, the $10 sign-up is at different locations at different times. Stores in Miami and west Florida had sign ups till Dec 11th and southern New York had $10 sign-ups in September. Wisconsin had $10 sign-ups in August. So you can sign up and then not confirm till you are ready to use. If you really work at Kohls, you would understand this concept.
