Your question about what will ship can be best answered by your servicing TMO office that has/is scheduling your move but sometimes the movers are more lenient on what they will actually pack 
As for coupons, you heard correct, we can't just go out and buy a sunday paper to get coupons sadly. That said being overseas does have it's advantages, we can use coupons for up to 6 months after they expire and folks here on AFC have been very generous by sending their expired coupons to us
