What would you do?

Today while we were visiting family an hour away we decided to check Wal-Mart for the MM V8 singles since we had coupons left and none left in our local stores. (They were clearanced for .25!!!!)
*I was using the .75/1 12 oz or less*

Went to check out and our cashier had no problems with any of our coupons. When she called for a CSM to turn the key, they pointed out the phrase, "one coupon per perchase." I tried to explain that it meant I could only use one coupon on each item I was purchasing, yet got no where. I even explained with a P&G limit 4...

Finally, they say they can do them one per transaction. (Would have been almost 100 transactions...usually I would break it up, but we don't drive this way often) & I didn't want to do it this way because it takes SO long and we were hoping not to make it a long trip! So, I asked for a manager. So, he gets to the register and looks at my coupons for a minute or so and then takes out his Droid. He said that he had an app for validating coupons and "scans" it and says that does not scan in his app, so it isn't a real coupon that it is fake. (These are the tearpad ones...)

I asked him what coupon app he was using, and he smartly remarked, "just one I found and downloaded." (My husband is positive he just pulled up his camera) I asked him if corporate recommended the app or instructed them to use it as a means to validate coupons. He replies no. I then asked for the regional manager's contact information and he told me (which I knew was posted in customer service area) that they didn't have the number that all customer complaints could be directed to 1800WalMart.

I felt super embarrassed and SO mad! He basically accused me of fraud on a perfectly legit coupon. I WASN'T stealing and I would NEVER misuse a coupon! I know that with the coupon craze they have to be careful, but I'm pretty sure he blatantly lied to me. He made me feel like a criminal.

What would you say to corporate when you contacted them, or would you try the regional manager first? We're going back for a birthday party soon and would love for the store to hold them for me so that I could purchase them then. I'm just started to get fed up with Wal-Mart and I wish they would educate their higher management more about coupons.

So, what would you do?
