I DID! I think the problem is that maybe the items are so inexpensive that the computer isn't recognizing enough "cost" to double? My manager gave me cash back after we reviewed my order. Sheesh though! I started another thread (I think it is my first!!!) asking if anyone else had a problem ... glad to know I am not alone.
