Mine didn't print either and I think I know why. The system is set to print ECB's only for the regular price of the item, well not only are the BOGO this week but they dropped the price .20 (here they're 3.29 instead of 3.49) so the register doesn't recognize them to print the ECB's. I personally am going to contact corporate about it because my store had the display box (stating that you would get $3 in ecb for buying ANY two M&M's 11oz or larger with an offer limit of 5 per card and valid 3/30-5/03) which was false advertising. They should have either removed the display box for this week, or put up a sign stating that the offer was not available in conjunction with the BOGO. This "could" be considered bait and switch, which is illegal.
