Target is offering $8.00 off when you buy both Blu-Ray combo packs together. [Also, the Dumbo includes a Target exclusive activity book.]
DisneyMovieRewards.com has $5/1 mQs each for Dumbo and Spooky Buddies.
$22.99 + $22.99 - $8.00 - $5.00 -$5.00 = $27.98 for both movies.
ALSO there may be MIR available for Spooky Buddies ($10), if you have a Food Lion nearby. Food Lion was giving away a free Disney Spooky Buddies Halloween bag with the purchase of 2 boxes of Kellogg's cereal 11 oz. or larger. Inside the bag was a $10 MIR form when you buy the movie and any 2 Kellogg's cereal products. I cannot find a MIR form online for this offer.
I've seen the prices for Best Buy, Wal-Mart, and a few other places and $22.99 seems to be the lowest going price, but YMMV on if you can find a lower advertised price to PM.
