Good thing is, the shelves always almost empty everytime I come to the store so that doesnt give me chance to spend the extra money just so I can build my stock pile :P
I actually "bought"/was paid to take 2 cat litters a month or so ago to donate to the shelter for the $2+ overage at WalMart Bought apples for our bunny!

I also just wanted to say what a great thread...even though I haven't been frustrated with couponing personally (because I've always kept track of what I'm spending), it is a great read!

I'm on a thread here that encourages you to set up a monthly budget (some do use a weekly budget) and stick with it. Sometimes we fail and sometimes we succeed, but it is good to have like-minded support. I'm not as good as most, but I have our household food and hba budget for four (2 adults and 2 grade schoolers) at the actual dollar amount I was spending for two when I got married in 1996, and I'm thinking of reducing it next month.

OR after reading Robbo's suggestion, maybe I'll just get pizza with the $ leftovers!
