Thanks for the birthday wishes for ds yesterday, we had a good dinner, and the cupcakes turned out great. I made a batch of Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate cupcakes, filled them with vanilla buttercream, iced with chocolate ganache, and put the swirly line on the top - so they looked like Hostess cupcakes. They were delicious!
Tonight I will grill salmon, cut up canteloupe, and make a cucumber salad.
