There are some (regional) Cheer wine coupons out .75/1 12 pack which would make it a pretty good deal if you like Cheer wine.
Buy 2 Cheer wine at 4.99 Get 2 Free= 9.98 - 3(.75/1) = 5.48 for 4 12 packs = 1.37/12 pack or 11.4 cent per soda.
This was ringing up on sale today and you should be able to use 3 manufacturer's coupon given that HT has changed their policy to allow coupons for B1G1 deals.

*Update-No problems with this deal. It works out to be $6.00 with tax for 4- 12 packs or 1.50/12 pack.
