omg that was so easy!
I have waited and waited and my Feb rebate never showed up on the card I had. So I figured it must have been applied to the one that had a worn out strip and got thrown away.
I called the 800 number and gave her my ref # and the card I expected it to go to and within 5 minutes she verified that the card it WAS applied to still had the full amount and no activity. So she is requesting the balance be transfered to the card I DO have. It will take a week or so ~ but it is almost $43!
