What is considered a fair trade?
I saw a post about this from a few years ago but wanted to see if opinions had changed. What is considered a fair trade with coupons? Dollar-value for Dollar-value, Coupon-count for Coupon-count, or does it vary by each trade? What about Box Tops for Education or Pampers points, is there a "going rate" for those?

I'm new to the site but not to couponing and trading and want to get a feel for the norm here. Also, I see a lot of comments about the buying of coupons. I'm only interesed in trading. Is that okay or do I need to be prepared to accept paypal for coupons?
