Most of the printable coupon sites only let you print 2 of each coupon, but I think the Excedrin coupon may be on more than one of the printable coupon sites, so you could print 2 from each site. Also, if you have 2 computers, you can print 2 from each computer! And yes, the ECB are based on price before coupons.
