At Food Lion this week (prices good through Tuesday, March 18):

*Ragu pasta sauces are two for $3 and there was a $1 off three coupon on Jan. 13 (an OK deal).

*Maxwell House coffee cans are $2.50 and there was a $1 coupon on Sunday (make sure you get a container that’s 11 oz. or larger).

*Pop Tarts are two for $4 and there was a 85 cents off two coupon on Feb. 10.

*Betty Crocker fruit snacks are two for $4 and there was a 50 cents off two coupon on Sunday.

*Cap’n Crunch is $2.50 and there was a 50-cent coupon on Jan. 6 if you still have it.

*French’s yellow mustard is $1.19 and there was a 30-cent coupon on Sunday.

*Splenda sweetener is $6.49 and there was a 75-cent coupon on Sunday.

*Crest Pro-Health rinse is $4.49 and there was a $1 coupon on March 2.

*Gorton’s products are BOGO, and there was a 35-cent coupon on Feb. 17.

*Birds Eye Steamfresh vegetables are $1 each and there was a $1 off two coupon Sunday, so that’s basically a BOGO.

*Dole salads are $2.50 and there have been a couple of Dole salad coupons on Sunday and back in December. Most were for 50 cents.

*And white seedless grapes are 99 cents a pound, which is a good deal.
