Generally when there are advertised deals and the OYNO require a certain dollar amount to be purchased, it goes by shelf price instead of sale price.
And from my past experience, I'm pretty sure you can do the deals all in the same transactions and for every $10 spent, you'll get a $3 OYNO. You may be further ahead that way depending on how many you get.
