Nothing new here either - still can't print. I sent a long email Friday afternoon to Red Plum since they use the same printer installation (email address is wecare, so we'll see how much they care). FYI my system is 10.4.11 and Safari 4.0.4. I've scoured the Apple forums to see if there is any new discussions there but haven't seen anything yet. If this goes on much longer I'll post a question there.
