I was thinking how I need to get my winter village out and on display. I thought it would be interesting to see how many of you display villages. Several years ago my mom and my daughter got me started on this. They bought me about 6 beautiful porceline pieces and the accessories( winter trees, children playing etc), since then my winter village has grown, my daughter usually buys me a piece to add each year. My village lights up, I display it on quilt batting for the appearance of snow. My family really likes it.
