OK, call me stupid, but for the life of me I cannot understand how it is 'legal' to sell coupons---I would think the coupon or manufacturing industry would ban this--but seeing all the formula checks, diaper coupons from the paper, etc for bid on ebay really confuses me...so, anyone know--just 'wondering', but it seems such a strange practice to me, and at some level abusing this system of companies offering coupons in good faith, and then folks grabbing as many as they can and selling them...am I nuts?
