At my Walmart they are on the shelf for 2.20, but they are ringing up 2.28. I make sure to get them to change the price to 2.20...to me 8 cents is 8 cents especially with the Oklahoma tax rate of 8.512% on ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING YOU BUY HERE!!
