Good luck to all of those people who send in this rebate. I sincerely hope your experiences turn out better than mine did. It is the worst rebate promotion I have ever participated in.
I sent in all my receipts with 20 of the qualifying products & received a post card back stating that I didn't send proofs of purchase (UPCs). Well, the rebate form says nothing about sending in UPCs. So then I call the customer service number listed on the post card & it is a non working phone number. Nice.
I found another number for Kraft & called it explaining the situation & they wanted to argue with me & deny my rebate. They then stated I didn't send in enough qualifying items when I easily had over 20 on all my receipts. Turns out they had lost one of my receipts for 4 of the items. I made copies of everything I had sent them so I know they received them all. I have resubmitted everything & am still waiting....Grrr.... |
