 PT Might work...
Check out Dr. Phil's website for his PT in a day program. We did not do the whole party thing, but what we did do was have "Princess Ariel" (a.k.a. her aunt) call her on the phone and praise her efforts. Tadaa! peed in the potty from that point on. Still wouldn't poop in the potty, but every time she had a pooped pull up, she always wanted to see it. (I dunno, maybe she gets it from his side???) So I finally had enough and told her that if she wanted to look at her poop, she had to do it in the potty. Wadda ya know? Fully trained except at night!
I know each kid is different, but maybe this will work for you? doesn't hurt to try right?
