Hi! To start a new thread, you need to go to the forum you want to post in and at the top of the list of posts is a button that says NEW THREAD.

For instance, if you wanted to post a new thread in this forum, you would go to the forum Couponing 101 - Grocery Coupons & Deal Forums - A Full Cup and find the NEW POST button. HTH
