Maybe you could try a transaction exactly as a previous poster has laid it out. That way, if you do get a cat, you can move on from there and branch out to other things. If you don't get the cat then you will know there is something up with your Shaws and you can head to another store. These cats make for such great deals and with a little effort you can really do wonderful things for your food budget. I know they can be tricky and everyone makes mistakes once in a while but it would be a shame to pass up all the great savings on account of a couple bad/grouchy cashiers. Good luck.
