I am thinking of a chicken stir fry tonight. I have oodles of boneless chicken and a bag of frozen veggies...throw in some rice and egg rolls, and, voila! Dinner is served!
Here in Michigan, it is unseasonable chilly ~ low 70s...yesterday, it felt like October! Strange days!
