I don't have this exact same model printer but things you can check

Did you make sure to remove the little plastic strip of tape on the cartridge ?
(I know it's a silly question but I can't tell you how many times my parents have done that)

Remove the cartridge and set it onto a moist (not wet) paper towel and see if any ink ends up on the paper towel . If it does then you know the ink is not dried up and that cartridge should be fine.

Make sure that Windows settings have not been changed and the printer you are using is set to default printer.
Start > Control Panel > Printers and other hardware > view installed printers

Last resort ... uninstall your printer software and reinstall it again . Make sure to update any drivers . Sometimes the software gets bugged and that could cause it to print in one color.

Hope this helps
