I went to print the q for the $1. off 2 Airwick Aerosol; uploaded/downloaded/installed! the thing for the printer to work; it seemed hesitant, & finally printed it; what came out was the pic for the 3 cans & then the outline for the q; said "For use only by the household of --- and then had my name; but the rest of the q didn't print; no barcode or anything else; except the pic of the 3 cans & a big silver bar. Finished the outline of the q with the little pics of scissors to cut out but that was it. Tried to print it again, but it isn't there anymore; I imagine cause you can only print one. So I tried to print another q; that printed without any problems;; & that one still appears, like I can print more; so I wonder what happened with the other one; for the Aerosol's? Anyone else have any problems?
Bummer, since that's the product that's on sale. :o(

I had this happen once with a Stonyfield Farms Q. On that one I was able to print the 2nd q (there was a limit of 2 prints) and the second one came out fine. Sorry, just reread that you tried printing again and no luck. Can you email the company? Maybe they can express ship you a Q or maybe at least snail mail you a Q you could use on another sale.
