I've been stockpiling for years now but my stockpile is at its lowest right now. I stopped stockpiling when we had a water leak in our home and had to move out of the house and into a hotel, then into an apartment. Right now we could probably eat for 4 months on what I have excluding dairy and produce. As for as paper products, health and beauty items go we are probably good for a couple of years. Now that we are back in our house and settled I plan to build my food stockpile back up so that we have approx a years worth of non perishables.
