The 'counts' are not as strict as listed in the rebates. Jumbo packs seem to be working just fine for the $25/$50 rebate. I have been reading on other couponing sites of people buying size 5 Huggies overnights and size 4 Huggies Pure&Natural (which only come in jumbo packs that I've seen) and they have cleared for both rebates with no issues. Basically, it seems that you don't have to buy the Megas to make it work, even though when you're looking at the counts listed in the rebate it makes it look that way. Heck, Pure&Natural are not even listed as counting toward the 25/50 rebate AT ALL and they are working fine.

ALSO, that ad very well may have been designed before the packages suddenly SHRUNK by about 3 diapers each. i.e. the 31-count packages used to have 34 diapers in them, and when the ad was printed up they did not know or did not take into account the fact that the packages were about to SHRINK. So, armed with all this info, I say go ahead and get your Size 4 Snug-and-dry 31 ct and I really and truly believe that it will work just fine.
