I had a similar problem the other night...not with BOGOs but the IP. I contacted corporate, who contacted the SM who called me and apologized. I went in today, did the same txn, no probs. In fact, the cashier congratulated me. After we finished, I thanked her for being great, went to the SM, ID'd myself as the person she spoke to the day before and told her how great this cashier was. It really underscored for me that the problem was the first cashier and him making up his own rules. I wonder how small his life must be for him to exert such "power" over couponers LOLOL.
