The 992 coupon by itself does NOT prevent the RR from printing. It usually becomes a problem when the 992 coupon and the RR has the SAME VALUE. It's because the register cannot tell the difference whether you used an RR or 992 coupon in the transaction, so it assumes you used a RR and does not print one.
Dry idea has $2RR and IP is also for $2 -> no RR will print if you use the 992 IP
Reach has $3RR and IP is for $2 -> WILL print RR since the value of 992 IP is different
(however, if you use $3/3 Reach q from 4/26 RP, or any other 992 q w/ $3 face value and you will NOT get the RR). Hope that helps!
