Took me a bit to figure it out too.
Start off with the 'coupon database' and check the coupons that you'd like to add. I believe you have to do this one page at a time, it doesn't save them from one page to the next.
Then look at the bottom of the page and make sure 'ISO-add' is in the box, then click on 'process'.
Rinse and repeat ...
