The L'Oreal coupons are good for $2.00 off a HIP lip product, and $1.00 off any mascara, eye shadow, or eyeliner. This makes a good deal. I have three of the $1.00 coupons left. That makes $8.00 off with the rebate! I will have to check prices on Sunday.
