There were L'Oreal coupons a few weeks ago in either SS or RP. I cannot remember which yet.

I think L'Oreal is also on sale the week of 7/19 for 4.99. Look at Page 7 in the ad.

I just looked in the 7/5 ad, and L'Oreal lip, nail and eye cosmetics are B1G1 free!

I hope it double dips too.
