Go ahead, have a tantrum. Then remember that things will work out. Focus on the things you can control; trust and ask God to handle the rest.
On an optimistic note, there are trucking jobs out there. As I listen to trucks whiz by on I-80 (which is my next door neighbor), I recall my friends who got married just over a year ago in the Chicago area. Two weeks before the wedding, and with no notice, the trucking company he worked for went belly up. He found a new job, but it was long haul. So they entered their marriage with him gone most of the time. Last Monday he interviewed for a local haul job, so we're hopeful he gets that. The message for you is that, however difficult, your situation is temporary. If your fiance has to go on the road, that stinks! But it will keep you financially stable until something better opens up, which will happen.
I'm praying for both of you.
