ok I have about 100 of the sugar when you buy Kool-Aid coupons figuring we would donate a bunch of it and here is the new way I tried it and almost as good though it throws them for a loop. I had the cashier ring up 100 of the McCormick Grill mates then the coupons first. I had 200 more Kool-Aid and 20 No Yolk Egg Noodles, 2 cans store brand biscuits, 1 (3.18 lb) ground Chuck that alone 4.29$ w/card. 1lb box of LL Spaghetti, 2 boxes LL Mac & Cheese, bag of carrots and bag of potatoes, several cans of vegetables in the buggy so I had her scan all the groceries except the Kool-Aid. Then I gave her my Ingles card and scanned it before the Kool-Aid. Then she scanned all of the packets bringing my total after McCormick coupons and card to 61.49$ and the No Yolk coupons 50 cents each doubled since I had over 50$ all of them doubled. Bringing it to 39.87$. The Manager had to punch in the 2$ coupons for some reason they aren't ringing up at any Ingles I have been to so far. So then my ending total that shocked not only me, the cashier and Manager was a whopping 1.29$. So I hauled a 5$ bill out of my pocket and smiling said whew, "Thought I was going to have to use the debit card."

Note: At one point during the transaction the head Manager came over to me and wanted to point the coupon policy out on the door saying I could only use so many and when I say I have a letter from Corporate stating otherwise and pointed out that the policy on the door it was for the doubling policy. He then said oh. Seconds later he was pulling out the white book trying to find a policy to disute me though he couldn't, there was nothing saying I did it wrong. Husband has been laughing about it all evening.
