I was at a different Meijer store today and found out that the meat is 85/15, like PP said. When I went to our Meijer yesterday, the lady was filling in for someone's break and didn't know. That is higher than the normal 96/4 that I usually get. However, we made these into burgers on the grill last night and they were SOOOOOO good!!!  I usually cook, drain and rinse my ground beef, too. I figured since they were grilled, it dripped off! 
And, NO, the $1.50/2 Dole Q from the booklet scanned great and went through perfectly--even at the U-scan!!! I found a soup kitchen in town that can use all of my bags of iceberg salad. I can freeze the beef, but not the salad! KWIM??
Naturewell does have other beef products, like roasts and steaks. They were just way more expensive than the ground beef (and prepackaged, so you couldn't get a smaller amt.). The prepackaged stuff ranged from $7-$14 or so at my store.
Great idea on the taco salad, hammiehaack!
