No returns here. I used mine today and got 5.00 in cash in lieu of them taking the coupon as it did not work. It scanned and kept saying coupon invalid, when it was not. Friend did two transactions so she got back 10.00 for them. The coupon is not working for some reason. At our S&S if your coupon does not work and they can't get it to work, and of course its legit, they give you cash in lieu of coupon. Has always been that way.
