So just to clarify, CVS actually tracks what you spend when they have these deals, and if your purchases add up to the limit in more than one transaction, you will get ECBS? "
YUP! They keep track and once you go over the limit it will go onto your next deal--EX:
Buy 2 Febreze Noticables--13.00 use 2 $4 Q's = Use a $5 ECB you have (like if you only had $5.00 in ECB's that day)--you would get back $5 in ECB's. Later that week you go in & buy 2 more Noticable's for $13.00 you use 2 $4 Q and use your $5 ECB and then you would get back another $5 in ECB's...you would still have $11.00 toward your 3rd Febreze deal since the limit is 5...Lotsa Febreze & no money spent...

I had one last week!! (used it to get free Anotio Bandera's cologne for DH's B-day in July) I Need another!! Ha! That would make this really sweet...
