Thanks for typing that all up! You're right that YMMV as different stores don't double, etc. My central MA store will take competitors coupons, but sometimes I ask at the customer service desk to make sure especially if the coupon is vague.
One thing our store won't do is take a coupon for any item that exceeds it's price. For instance, when the Kraft BBQ sauce was on sale for $.99 they wouldn't take the $1 off coupon.
