Well, I have not yet found free inserts anywhere but we have been doing a lot of shopping at Menards lately. My local Menards (don't know if they all do this) sells the Sunday Chicago Tribune paper for $1 and they have them there on Saturday so you can get the coupons early. I usually pay between $1.75 and $1.99 for this paper anywhere else.
