 I've finally figured it out--Rite Aid doesn't actually want me to buy anything there!!!!
Last week, I dutifully printed my Internet coupons 1 to a page, gathered my other coupons and my $5 off $25. Like I was told the week before. When I went to check out, the cashier swiped my $5 off $25 Rite Aid coupon, then started on my other coupons. When she got to the Internet coupons (all valid), she scanned the 1st (it scanned) and then said, "I'm sorry but we can only accept up to $5 in Internet coupons." When I pointed out that the system had already accepted $7 in IPs, she didn't care. So, I gathered up my coupons and walked out the door. The first time I've ever walked out on an order. 
So, today I decided that I would check the clearance shelves at this same store. I found Crest Glide floss for $1.40. I had $1 coupon (NOT Internet). When I checked out, the cashier said, "I'm sorry, but since this item is on clearance, you can't use a coupon." Before I could grab my coupon and head out the door without my purchase again, she said, "But I'll take it this time."  AND   |
