I haven't used them at North Brunswick yet. I planned on trying tomorrow night. They should accept them. I was told the criteria was "it has to have a website or your email address on it" for IP's. It just depends on the cashier if they'll allow the doubling, though.
My DH used them at Somerset Shoprite with no problem. 
ETA: I know what you mean about strict, though. For the first time a few weeks ago I was told I couldn't use a BOGO and a cents off coupon on 2 items when I always have before. Maybe they got burned by some fake q's or something.
