Something I noticed lately---is sometimes, when stores have thier sales, that the paticular item may have a short shelf left. A major chain, recently had Kraft mayo ON Sale, but the expiration date was May of this year....I passed! | I noticed this too recently - My store had cheese on a really good sale and I was well-armed with double coupons and store coupons for it, but once I got there...the date was SO close that I just couldn't justify buying it. You REALLY have to check dates before buying!  |
