Okay here is what my sister told em could/would work? But want to double check just to be sure sometimes she is better at getting the deals to go thru ..

I have a 10.00 off from her candy deals ,
and
I have 10.00 off 30.00 purchase or more..
could I buy 30.00 worth candy (just what i need  ) used 10.00 off takes it to 20.00 then use the 10.00 ecb??? Is that allowed or not?
