Sorry, long story short- I believe the Country Crock sides weren't meant to be participating, I had a terrible experience today. Long story-I also purchased $25 worth but only got a $5 coupon. So I went to customer service (Stephanie) who was dumb and said, "Maybe the coupons you used?" I said, "No, that's never happened before and my order after coupons was less than $15, so I wouldn't have gotten the $5 coupon by that logic." Then they said well I must not have bought the right stuff. I said, Well I bought the exact sizes listed in the wording, I didn't even go by the pictures, which is dumb that pictures were shown that weren't included in the sale. Finally after she went through everything, she decided to pick on my Skippy. She said even though the Skippy Natural I got was the right size and was on sale like the other Skippy for $2, it wasn't included (The ad said all Skippy 15-16 oz. The Skippy Natural is the only one that is 15 oz, the others are 16 oz, this means the natural was meant to be included). Then I asked for a manager. The manager, David, was useless. Luckily another customer service rep, I think Lilly, who wasn't even on the clock anymore, said, "She got everything, I"m not sure why it didn't print, just take one item, ring it up til you get $25, then void the order and the coupon will print." So, she took my Country Crock item and did that and nothing printed! So then she said, "Oh this wasn't a participating item, sorry." I said, "Ma'am, it's in the ad, in the picture, and the wording." She said, "No, this is deluxe" I said, "They are all marked deluxe." She finally scanned a cereal and gave me my $10 coupon, but BE WARE if you try to do this deal, it's been chaotic for many people. And I'd avoid the Country Crock or be ready to fight.
