The swim diapers, I am assuming you are referring to Huggies Little Swimmers, are at least $8.99 if not more so you are right on target with those.
I'm going to assume you have no ecbs to start with and I saw you have a $/$$ coupon. If it were me I would buy something first, like the Pampers that produce ecbs then use those to buy more in a seperate transaction and so on, therefore rolling your ecbs and reducing your oop. I would save the $/$$ for another time or just not use it at all. Your oop will be lower if you just break it up. Also do you need the swim diapers right now? If you don't I would wait, maybe a sale will come along.
