I have 3 of those...but yours are cuter than mine!! You made yours all pretty!
When I take my bigger binder into Walmart the cute little old man that stands there and waits for people bringing in returns always trys to take it and put one of those little stickers on it so I can take it to the service desk 
I always just tell him....your sure you want my coupons now? or later??? 
he never gets it though and just gives me this funny look like I've lost my mind! He may be right
