I have encountered it, and I think it's horrible.  I called corporate, then my local manager called me. We had a very nice conversation, in which I made it plain that the change in policy will certainly influence the number of times I shop at Marsh. I simply told him and corporate that I can shop for less with no doubling at Walmart, or drive out of town for doubling, than I can at Marsh if they don't double.
