Closeouts are just items on clearance at Harris Teeter. Sometimes, they will have all of the items pulled out and in carts at the front of the store, but I find the best clearance deals just by looking in the aisles. The sale tags do not say closeout, but usually it is a marked down price ending in "4." You just have to be observant, and sometimes you will find some awesome markdowns to combine with coupons.
Yesterday, I saw Pampers and Huggies diapers are marked down (still fairly high though- Pampers were 14.94 I think and Huggies were 11.94). Caress and Dove soap were 1.94 and 2 varieties of Lunchables were BOGO, which would be a good deal with the $1/2 IP.
